The Tornados started with a strong first half with several chances and shots on goal from strikers Ferg, Hari and Ben but unfortunately failed to convert. Police were largely contained in the first half by a structured defense.
In the 2nd half Police stepped up the pressure and with a tiring defense, Police eventually got one through despite the best efforts from the Tornados keeper. Despite a big push in the dying minutes, for the draw, Tornados could not hit the target and the game remained at the 1-0 loss.
